Incubate dry 30% RH so when it's time to up humidity all the eggs have a large enough air sack. You'll just keep the RH 70% after first hatch. Wait until day 19 to up it from 30 to 70.
You just need to give all chance you can for the air sac to be large enough for those hatching wednesday and thursday. As for keeping them separate in incubator you can either pull out rails of auto turner and unplug it. Let the Sunday hatch out in open space while later eggs are protected in the remaining turner rails. Not a problem they are no longer turning. You can stop turning day 14.
