Cut the umbilical cord, leave a bit of a stump (It will fall off soon). It should recover from the hatch soon enough, it's probably just tired from hatching!

Those bulging bellies always make me nervous, I always leave them alone for at least 12 hours. This one at least looks closed up.It's almost dry and fluffy now. Thinking about giving it some Nutri-drench. It doesn't seem like it can pick up its head when it tries to walk around. Waiting for it to dry the rest of the way first.
