staggering pullet

4 mnth old pullet off balance and staggering around. She can not jump to roost or climb ramp to get outside. Shes eating and drinking normal. Any Ideas?

Are there any physical injuries or feathers missing that you've seen?
And based on how cold it is where you live, check to see if her toes look frostbitten.

Chickens can get into anything nearby when they are foraging. Animal carcasses, pond mud, etc.

Vitamins are always suggested with neurological symptoms just in case it is a vitamin deficiency. PolyVisol no iron 2-3 drops daily by mouth or a poultry vitamin in the water (Vitamin E, plus All B's are important.)
