Stale Toco shells

Do you folks think it would be OK to give chickens stale Toco shells? I have never given them any table scraps at all. Tonight the kids were fixing Tocos and some of the shells were stale. I was wondering if they were OK for chickens.

Sure put a bit of water in it and presto, they got their warm meal for the morning! Stale cornflakes and cereal works well too!
