I once brought home a rooster who was infected with coryza (thank goodness I quarantined!). I now have a stall full of infected bedding. The bedding was exposed to coryza in late February, and I know that coryza can be infected through the air. I use wood shavings. Can I sweep up the infected bedding without hurting my hens, who are less than 100 feet away?
Also, how do I get rid of the bedding? And how do I disinfect the stall afterwards? Help quickly, please!
