Standard breed cochin

I placed a order with Meyer hatchery of about 30 mixed breed Brown egg layers but when I did
they were unable to include any Cochins that they were all booked. Now my problem is I want
Cochin but can't find any place to only order 6 other then THE POULTRY HATCHERY and I ordered
Cochin online there but I have not had the order confirmed. I called them one time and they told me that they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hrs well I didn't hear anything from them so I called
the second time then they told me they had 24 to 48 hrs to get back to me UNLESS they were busy
that was a week ago. I don't want to drive 2 1/2 hrs to pick up chicks only to find out they don't have them. So I said all that to list my experience with THE POULTRY HATCHERY and to find out
Where I can buy small order of Cochins . I live in northern PA any help anyone can give me would
be appreciated.

Thank you for the information Michael it was much appreciated but I checked the shipping
on them from Thepetchicken.com and it was a little more than I wanted to spend. But I
did get through to find out that they did not have the chickens I ordered so I asked why
they had them on there site that they did. They told me that just because there site said they do , that it does not mean a thing. So I know I will never order from there again.
And I do have Cochins coming next week from Meyers hatchery.

Sorry My Pet Chicken didn't work out for you. I've never personally ordered from them, but I remembered that they would ship small orders (I've always ordered at least 25 at a time from the 4 hatcheries that I have ordered from). But I'm glad that Meyer's Hatchery worked out for you (I've never ordered from them either).
