standard link or higher

So, in our yard we have a standard chain link fence. Will Buffs be able to "jump" the fence?Or would it be safer to have something taller when they are just roaming around?

How tall is "standard"? Standard around some places is six feet. Other places, not so much. My Orpingtons couldn't jump a 6 footer. 4 foot, yes.
