I got my first batch of chicks on tuesday, and I’ve noticed that the little polish chick I got, Dahlia, is a lot smaller than her siblings. She also appears to be developing slower than her other siblings. I’ve included some photos of her compared to my biggest chick. Is she just younger, or is she a bantam? (I got my chicks from meyer hatchery, and I originally chose a standard size chick. But I also chose for them to send me the closest available breed if they ran short, so It’s possible she’s a bantam. I’m really new to raising chickens so I am really confused!)

Could be sometimes babies are just chonkers. I would spend whatever one on one time with her feeding her soft boiled egg yolk just to make sure she gets those extra calories in in case she's a little behind the curve.
