Start laying soon?

I need opioon how close my girls may start laying please. They are about 17 weeks old. I have a handful out of the bunch that are physically more mature in the photos. They also do this “sit thing” when I pet them. I’ve also noticed two of the nesting boxes being picked at and matted down. I’m praying it’s going to be soon! Thanks!

My guess is that within two to three weeks they will be laying.
