Started Lockdown, with LG. I have a question

So i went on lockdown today. I have 4 sponges with water, plus all the water troughs are full. I rigged it up so i can wet the sponges with out opening it. They said in the manual to take both red plugs out, should i do that or should i only take one out??? or none at all?

When I used Mine I just went by the humidity. I left plugs in or removed them to adjust humidity. Once they began to hatch; Then I removed both plugs. The humidity will jump alot from the moisture in the eggs hatching.

I always take out both plugs. I have chicks and ducks hatching in my LG as I type.
