Started processeing my 27 cornish X's

My six are due for processing around a week from Thursday. We've processed three before, but they were all dual purpose hens. These will be our first meat birds, and first males as well. At four weeks these birds probably weigh as much as our twenty week birds did, so it should be an interesting comparison.

 

I have one regular red Pullet the same age as these Cornish x were and she may be a pound and a half if that
