Started raising layer hens

We started raising layer hens last year and have grown to about 50 hens. We have just recently started having problems and I have gotten a lot of good information from the backyard chickens

We have Rhode Island Red, buffs, and then some mix birds that we hatched out ourselves. As well as a few Easter eggers :)
