Love that big window that forms it's own awning.
Its and Anderson crank out, Part of a big picture window and I just disassembled them to use one, then I decided to turn it sideways and it worked out better for this application. Chicken wire is secured inside to keep critters out. The back will have a hatch to collect eggs from the nesting boxes and there will be a door ob the opposite wall to enter the coop which will also have the door cut for the hens to come and go. The fenced in run will have a gate to enter the run and get access to the coop to collect eggs or clean, but the hatch access will be in the rear so you dont have to enter the run or coop.... best of both worlds. I need to get a 275 gallon tote for water as it will be tied into the garage gutter, have hear for winter to keep water from freezing as well, heat take on plumbing as well

Chicken wire is not predator proof. Dogs, raccoons, and coyotes tear right through it.

1/2" hardware cloth would be more secure. :)
Been on my other coop for 3 years with no issue. Lived with a big family of coons there and have tons of coons, foxes and others here at the new place for a year now with no issues. . They make different guage wire and I get the heaviest. Hardware cloth is too expensive.

Roof on, started the wall for the nesting boxes with outside access

A little more done, took awhile with multiple cuts per board to match the roofline and end at the nesting door, then continue to the ground, buried wire fencing to prevent digging around the coop, will also be around the parimeter of the run as well. Fencing came in yesterday but rain will be setting in soon so may be a few days before I get the front wall with access door installed and covered. I am having one major issue, not sure if its good or bad BUT when I dug the post holes for the coop, I thought I hit a hidden water line like the previous owner ran a spiggot out somewhere as I was getting water pooling ??? I dug it up today and water is only coming out of a big root that was cut, some sort of vine that grows into the trees ( apparently grape vines ? ) It drips water out of these roots a lot. I tried burning the ends, putting PVC cement on them... wrapped with duct tape and pvc cement and still they drip, just not as bad? Im at a lost with stopping the flow. I thought it would make a natural water hole for the chickens but not so sure I trust the water rom the roots?

Do you know where the rest of the vine is?
Get it all out and it should stop weeping.

Yeah it goes under the coop and snakes all over the place ( on back side of pond that doesnt hold water, manmade dam.....) I may just rent a trencher since I need to run new power lines to the garage and just cut every root right at the dam..... then it can naturally run off into the creek
