Starter Feed Question

I purchased a bag of feed yesterday and when I got home I realized it is 22% Broiler Start and Finish crumbles. Is This Okay For My Laying Flock Chicks? I was thinking I may go to the other feed store and get their starter feed also it is 18% non-medicated and mix them together. I think the only concern would be them getting a little heavy with all that protein but they have plenty of room the work it off LOL

Mix it together, That's what I would do especially if they have plenty of room. It will not affect them over the course of just one bag.

X2 In the short term the extra won't hurt, especially if you mix it with a lower protein starter.
