Have fun!!!!!

Once you build they will come.......so make it 3 times bigger than you think you'll need.... and then start planning another bigger coop..

The problem ith building bigger is I know I will get more chix, so I split the coop in half, one side breakfast, the other dinner. I live in a place that is questionable for having a lot of chix, so I have to limit myself to a couple dozen at the very most. Even that will be pushing it. What I need are Stealth chickens!

Any suggestions on "quiet" meaties? I think I'm going to go with BRs and BOs for eggs
I used to have leghorns in my other life, so I know those guys are out of the question

Congrats!!!

Clay In Iowa is right. You never have a big enough coop so make it bigger than you need to begin with.

Got the floor platform done today. It rained here from the day I got the lumber till this afternoon. What a pain in the *&^. It's not as grand as Gopherboy's chicken church, but I think it will do......
