Starting a new flock on Arkansas

Just moved an starting a new flock. Looking for healthy pullets so I don't have to wait till new year to order from hatcheries. Figured this would be best place to find them. I live in the ozarks around mountain View.

Ridgerunner I think I'd like to start with a Brahma rooster an a couple of pullets I think a large bird would be better with all the predator birds I have here along with cool damp weather by the river. I've mostly had RIR which have been great but want something different now
