starting a new flock

Hi all well RIP to two of my girls thanks to the neighbours dog smashing its way through the fence.
Thinking of starting a new flock as its to hard adding new birds tried that before.
First I have to reinforce the fence to stop the bloody dog from doing it again.

You can add new birds, it just takes a little planning -- and preferably a way to separate them with a fence for a few weeks. There will always be pecking and a pecking order, even if they all grow up together. Some integrations are much rougher than others; sometimes people just throw them in together and all goes well.
