Starting meat birds!

I am going to start meat birds and want to know what I need:

What is a good free range pretator proof coop to use?

What do I feed them?
What kind of stuff do I need to kill them and were do i get it?

No coop is needed. Use a Salatin style chicken tractor, then read Pastured Poultry Profits . Best book on raising meat chickens I have yet seen, whether you plan to make profits or not/
