Starting my chicken endeavor

Some chicks have a rougher hatching experience than others, and that can slow then down for a couple of days. They may need some TLC or if they are weaker,smaller etc. maybe separated for a few days till they are up on the feet and stronger. Otherwise the robust chicks stomp all over them, or push them away from feed and water.
 
I finally got the little chick to drink water today. I still have not seen it eat anything, but I am watching it pretty close.

I don't see the other chicks pushing it around but it does sleep a lot more than the other chicks. Now that it is drinking water maybe it will start eating and will be more active.
 
I wonder if anyone can help me I have a mix of chickens

and I took in a cockerel when he was only a chick this is him now he is about 6months old

He lives with my laying chickens and crows every morning but I don't know what breed he is ????
