Starting My First Flock, Looking for Hatchery/Breeder experience

Hello all, my family and I will be starting a small flock once I graduate and we buy a home. We'll be on between 2 and 5 acres so space won't be an issue. I've decided that I really want to raise American Heritage breeds and contribute to keeping them going. Not all that interested in showing them at all, though we'll eat the eggs and meat. My wife and I have plenty of experience building fences/coops (my wife's father has bred his own egg laying grey gamefowl line for about 30 years! Beautiful!) and will start out with 4 to 5 trios as well as one of her father's roosters to keep his line going when he's gone. The breeds I want will be:

Buckeyes
Delawares
Jersey Giants

My wife wants Barred Rocks or Dominiques

And a gentle bantam breed for the kids

I'm trying to find a hatchery or breeder where I can get all of these in the same order. They don't have to be "show quality", but I at least want them to conform to the standards, as preservation is my second goal (egg/meat production being the first). Anyone recommend one hatchery/breeder over another? Any near New Mexico? Thanks!

PS I'm not looking to pay more than $150 total, I saw a Buckeye breeder here charging 5 per bird, which I find reasonable.
