"Sapphire Gems" were created by a Czech hatchery, Dominant CZ, using Blue Rock males over Barred Rock females per their website.

Very interesting! That’s what I’ll go with then.

I honestly don't know what #3 is. It's not a Barred Rock, they should definitely have yellow legs. There are a lot of hybrids that use the barring or cuckoo genes to create colorful egg layers that can be sexed at hatch. At the moment that would be my best guess as to what it is. You'll just have to wait for eggs to be sure.

Well, she’s pretty anyway. Hopefully we’ll find out sometime next month.

Wyandottes tend to mature quickly compared to other breeds. At around 10 weeks I would expect much more color and more comb and wattles if it were a cockerel.
