Starving pekins?!

Unfortunately, I don't see it as being an easy fix. They should be fat and happy, not skinny minnies. It'll probably take a few weeks or months to get them back up to health. :/ I really need to make sure to pack it on well enough that they can handle the move we'll be making soon. I don't want to stress them out when they're this underweight, especially if they go off feed or something when we move them. I just feel sick that they got this underweight without me noticing. I need to make a point of doing a thorough check up on everybody at least once a week, even if they hate me. :(

Can you share a picture or two? I know my duckies are leaner than some because they have a pond and free range. Can you take a poop sample to the vet? They cost like $30 tops usually- often cheaper. Depends on your vet. That way you can figure out if if they have a parasite overload. Then you could treat them. If there is a parasite overload you won't be able to feed them enough to get them thicker.

How is their feather condition? How old are they? Any of them layers? Are they acting perky or sluggish?

I can get a photo tomorrow with my phone. They look normal. All that feathering fooled me. They're alert and act completely normal, rummaging through the dirt and field for stuff, making a mess in the water, etc, etc. They're only six months old and I believe all three hens are laying. Well, they have slowed, I didn't get any today and the past two days or so it was one egg.

Is there any possibility of doing an autopsy on her? I really see nothing seriously wrong with what you are doing. One thought which comes to mind is hardware disease. She may have ingested some oreign object which has injured/blocked her digestive tract.
