I have to tell you this...

In Band today me and the other Hornist were talking and the teacher was talking about how a band is like Trail mix. How it has many flavors but tastes good all together. Then me and the other Hornist started comparing other instruments to ingredients of trail mix here it is.

French Horns: Cashews--Because nobody likes them.
Saxophones: Raisins--Everyone likes them.
Clarinets--Chocolate raisins--everyone likes them
Trumpets--M&Ms--Everyone likes them and wants to be them
Flutes--Peanuts--Everyone likes them but theres to many of them
Bass Section(Tuba,Trombone, Bass Clarinet, Tenor and Bari Sax)--Almonds--We dont know why..

Oi! There isn't to many flutes in my class! I'm one of 5 I love French horn! It's my favorite instrument actually.

Really!!! My teacher says Horns are weird and the Hornists are Weirdos for playing it but I like it. I like being different. If there were bagpipes....I'd play them

. Did you know that in a big band the 1st chair Hornist is the highest paid?
