No
Sold as is! Of course it's always better to get your bird from the wild, but then you are very limited

Just for their feathers? Most falconers generally hunt for the meat, as the feathers are ruined after the hawk/falcon/buzzard is done with it. The meat doesn't go to waste either; either the falconer eats it, or the bird whom caught it does.
