Sorry about your ankle Mitch.

I twisted my ankle once... It was two summers ago. I was running to the house to go grab something, and I stepped in a hole in the ground while running and twisted my ankle and fell. It hurt to walk for a while after that. So I know what it feels like to have a hurt ankle. It sucks

Ya, it sucks to hurt your ankle/ I did some permanent damage to it in football last year and It's never felt the same .
