Just read an entire thread about a very slow growing chicken named Nando. At 8 weeks he looked like a 2 week old chick, and at 16 weeks he was just starting to grow feathers all over. It took him a year to grow all of his feathers and reach full size. It's amazing some of the things that happen to chickens.

This happened to a blind Rooster that i had.
