Got total of 5 hrs sleep....NOT GOING TO BE A GOOD DAY

It's a good day for me if I get 5 hours sleep! 3 is the norm for me, and most weeks 0 for 2 or 3 days! But usually when or if that happens I make up for it on one of my off days, which I hate!! Feel like I wasted a day when I do that
