My mom wasn't 100% whether chickens could have aspirin or not. So I just looked it up. I am now very confused. One website said it is fine to give it to them. Another site said it will kill them very fast. And another website said they may die. So I am very confused! Hopefully it is fine.

Her eyesight is still really off. She keeps trying to peck at things when they're 12-15 inches away, and she still can't see anything out of her left eye. Im really hoping that it's not permanent...

Is taking Sunni to the vet to be put down pretty soon. I think our dog crushed her skull, and she's internally bleeding. I probably won't be on for a while. I'm just so heartbroken by this.

I hope it helps her! Poor Sunni! I hope she will survive this whole thing! It is good that she is reacting well right now to the aspirin.

If she seems like she is fighting to live I wouldn't, and it sounds to me like she is trying to live. If she was miserable and acting like she hated life then put her to sleep. But right now I think she can be given more of a chance.
