literally just got back from central oregon. my grandparents bought a little vacation house in a little town in the middle of nowhere (in the dessert) called christmas valley (reminds me of radiator springs) and me and my cousin were helping them insulate some new rooms they just built on (really itchy). it's beautiful out there though, and we just missed the snow storm that was due to come soon. here is a pic of what it looks like around there:

it doesn't look like it, but it's really cold there and there is still some piles of snow from when it snowed a lot recently (it got down to -32f).
