I am opening a chicken rescue, so I will constantly be rescuing battery hens and finding them the best homes possible. I am hoping to get 10 - 15 on Monday. I will probably be keeping at least 10 of those hens. Then, if I get 15 I might re-home 5. I have 4 roosters that I really need to give hens to, so I am going to try to get them hens first, then start getting hens to adopt out.
