My grandmother gave it to me. It belonged, I believe, to grandfather's mother (I'm not exactly sure), who bought it from someone when she was young). It's not that it's completely broken, but it will no longer be an "original antique" if I repair it.

I have my great-grandmothers Singer sewing machine table! My sisters wanted to throw it away, but I want to make it work someday and sew on it. Am I whimsical? Sometimes I wonder if I am lol. Anyways, thats really great that you have something old from your family.
