State thread missing from watched threads

I have never had a problem before but suddenly my Illinois thread is not showing up on my watched threads list.
I went to the thread and unwatched it and then rewatched it, but it is still not listed.

Try posting a message to the thread and see if that fixes it.

Posted but still not on the list...weird.
Is there somewhere I could have inadvertently blocked it?

This thread is there but not the Illinois thread.
Also, when I go to the Where am I Where are you forum, the Illinois thread is not there. I have to use the sticky at the top to find the Illinois thread.
