I know when problems arise with one's birds it is very stressful. When asking for help here please stay online waiting for answers.
Often we see a poster with a time-sensitive problem who is seeking help and then offline when help comes in the form of an answer to their problem.
We are here to help and want you to be successful. Sometimes it takes a bit for folk to find your post and answer, wait for it, it will come.
If a poster can't stay online, check back regularly for answers.
