I cannot find one of my cookbooks that has this recipe.
Been putting too many books and such away.
I remember that you pounded the steak. rubbed it with dry mustard and fried it in melted butter. It also included cream and white wine.
I looked through cookscorner.com and it was not there.
anybody else have this recipe?
