Stealth Chickens

Anyone out their flouting their local laws regarding livestock? My city is adamant that they will NEVER change the chicken laws but I still plan on getting 3-4. Any advice (other than to not do it. Don't rain on my parade)?

My friend has 4 stealth (house) chickens 2 seramas and 2 silkies. I think bantams are probably easier to live with - less of everything from feed to poo and don't take up much space. They watch TV with her and hide behind the couch, and keep quiet, when strangers come over. It's funny to watch. When she leaves the house they al sleep on a floor mat waiting for her to come back.
