Oh, it was a fight lasting over an hour. It spilled out in the street where idiot neighbors thought honking their horn would break it up.

The potential buyers were coming to see the house at 9:00. Had to vacuum, dust, hide the dog toys, clean the stainless steel appliances, sweep and mop floors, dust the baseboards and staircase woodwork, empty the dishwasher, fluff the pillows, etc, etc, etc.

Then they insult us with a below-low-ball offer! Argh.

Yes realtors involved, on the market one week, one lowball offer, understand completely we don't have to take it, not taking it. Have two showings on Saturday to out of town buyers, one flying in from Chicago just to see our house.
