How long did you bake the eggs dish for?

We often end up with more eggs then we can handle, that is a good idea. And less labor intensive then frying them all up.

I cooked that at 350 in the convection oven for 30 minutes, they were cooked through but not hard. If I wasn't using convection, I'd do 375 for 30 or 350 for 45. The dish was full nearly to the top.

Good morning everyone. Still no wire transfer of money from the sale of my house. Just had a little heated exchange with the escrow officer after being reminded that they close early today for the "holiday." If I don't have confirmation by noon that the money has been wired, and to the proper account, they are going to be getting a visit from the sheriff. Never had this happen on a sale before. Even if the recording is too late for the wire to make federal reserve cut off for that day it should still go out. The title company has no right to keep my money in their account for three extra days. Very frustrating and frankly scary, given the unorthodox method employed to notify me of the closing last week, which was to pass the responsibility off to the person holding my money, who then failed to make the call. This better be resolved today so I can enjoy my grandson's visit starting tomorrow.

sorry about that. This sounds no way legal. I thought money was to be transfered before escrow cloes?

Oh, I forgot... Cooper12 Congratulations on the purchase (finally)

The Sheriff, sorry to hear you are still having troubles. Who would have thought?

I can't believe they can give the keys to the buyer without any payment. Something fishy going on..... It makes NO sense...
So sorry Mary. I hope you can enjoy your time with Buddy even if it doesn't get resolved today.
