Excellent! He busted you on the red shirt, very cool, really. Great tip, that.

My darn camera is so crappy and now, the little snap/clip on the battery compartment is chipped and I keep accidentally opening it and the batteries fall out, ruining way too many shots. I don't think I can fix it since it's just a tiny piece of plastic.

I started a long thread on my up and coming cockerel which I did not put in the Breeding to Standard thread, after much thought. Hope to chronicle Atlas's progress as he grows. https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/...from-a-breeder-without-the-heart-of-a-breeder

Geez Mary, your instructor is too good!!  He sure picked up on your red shirt,  hope he isn't a stalker.

I'm liking him so far, no mention of vertical or horizontal - what a relief.

I thought the same thing! He didn't mention it to any of the other students either.

The red shirt thing freaked me out though!

Speckled Hen there is still hope for your camera put a thin slice of duct tape on it. If you need to replace it often - it won't break the bank. Gee it comes in colors too - maybe you can match your camera.

I have scotch tape on it, but that doesn't hold for long, of course. May have to try the duct tape option. It's frustrating missing a shot because your batteries just fall out onto the ground.

Use Gorilla tape. It will never come off. Of course you probably can't change the batteries then.

Yeah, I have to change batteries quite a bit, too.
Cyn, that was cute when the little cockerel alerted when Dottie vocalized
Glad you could see the video! He's a good little one, already acting like the man of the house, so to speak, but he sure can get into trouble, too.

Thought you'd enjoy some bearded Iris and Dutch Iris pics. There are some not open yet and can't recall if there are different colors in those. Excuse the composition-I'm no Mary.
