I switched bedrooms again yesterday. The crowing is off the charts and I couldn't take it anymore. Imagine this from 2:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. non-stop. The second crow is Isi and he is wearing a no-crow rooster collar!
So I switched rooms and moved into my sewing room, a little room without a closet. I left my clothes in my old bedroom but moved my dresser and put my television on it.
And look, I can put my make-up on while still in bed!
And the window does not face the coops!
And this was my view this morning. And except for the occasional car passing by, no sound!
I turned my old bedroom into my Nana room. Sometimes Michael comes upstairs to his man cave early after dinner and I come upstairs too. That way we only have to heat/cool one floor instead of both. Tucker and I hang out in my recliner watching TV or taking online classes. I left the recliner in the big room because it certainly won't fit in the new one!
In my new room my headboard is on the same wall as this day bed. I have all this dead space between me and the crowing!
I slept great until Tucker woke me up to take him outside. I did almost all the work myself because Michael is still quite sick. He helped with the really heavy stuff. I am a bit sore today so all I am going to do is patch all the holes in walls from moving pictures!
