They both look like pullets to me but it's really hard to say for sure. I wish they all came out of the shell with pink or blue ribbons!!!

Hard to tell. You may want to try putting them on a table one at a time and getting a shot from the side and/or front. That would make it exceptionally easier and someone experienced could take a gander.
