Our chicken's foot was stepped on accidentally by a large foot. Today the chicken is not putting weight on the foot. She's eating very little. We've moved her into a box inside and working on letting her rest. We've also put hydrogen peroxide and iodine on it where it looks like some blood vessels may have popped/ little swollen. Any advice on what else we can do? How can we know if it's broken?

Welcome to BYC. Keeping her confined in a small space to rest the leg as you are is best. The foot could have been crushed or broken, and breaks are usually evident by a lot of swelling and bruising. Since it was a foot and not the leg, I wouldn't splint it. Broken bones take 2 weeks minimum to heal, and more is better. To keep her a part of her flock, I would cage her in the coop and run with the chickens in a crate where they can see her.
