Stick tight fleas or dry pox?? Help!

I've just noticed some odd looking black spots on the combs of my roosters and several of my chickens. After some searching I learned about a poultry flea (totally new to me) as well, dry pox came up. I did not have any of these problems in the last state I lived in...any thoughts?

Any possibility of getting a close up ? Looks pretty much like peck marks to me in that picture.
