Sticky back feathers

My hen has these feathers on her back that are stuck together. We do have 2 Roosters and I am just imagining somehow they got her sticky, because I can't think of anything else in the space they roam that could cause it. We do not have trees with sap. Also she has been picked on as you can see on her head and might be molting. See attached photo.

Do you have other chickens, or just the two roosters? How old is she? How old is the rest of your flock?
It does appear (to me) that she has been mauled. Like by a dog perhaps. Might that be possible?
If all you have are the two roosters, then yes it's possible they're just mating her to death.
 
We have 8 3 year old hens, 7 pullets and 3 pullet roosters. She was showing the neck and head feather loss before we added the pullets. It hasn't changed too much but this sticky back is brand new
