sticky spots on eggs

I have a couple of eggs in my incubator that have a few very tiny "sticky" spots on them. They are about the size of a pin head and clear. IS it possible these eggs started to "weep" and then it dried? They don't smell bad but under candling they don't look very promising either.

If you've got eggs without this problem then don't risk it, if a bad egg breaks it could contaminate the rest.
