Stiff legged Cayuga

We have a 5 week old Cayuga duck, it walks stiff legged. He is skinny,but gets around well.Any thoughts as to his problem,when we got him he seemed find ? My wife says he is a special needs duck! Thank you

They are on the Purena chick feed ,do not remember exact name.The other ducklings are fine,you mentined Niacin. What is it and what form do you feed it? I thank very much for your response.
