I think you have a pullet and a cockerel. I have 3 BLRWs (12-weeks-old), and they've all had red/pink in their combs since they were only a few weeks old. The rooster was very obvious by around week 5. His comb was the only one that was big and puffy looking. The other 2 still have much flatter combs even though they have some red and pink in them. From my experience, it seems that comb color alone just isn't a reliable indicator of gender in BLRWs.
