Still deciding???

What a beautiful garden. The buttons are not as friendly as chickens and can fly fairly well. You could probably cut their wings but would have to have a fine net over the top so they could not fly away. Even with clipped wings they can get pretty high.

It's just beautiful and i'm sure they would love it!

by looking at it I can tell something about you.....and that is that....You do not own chickens OR you do not own chickens that are allowed in that area!

LOL

I was thinking the same thing. Well, actually I was thinking "I bet he doesn't have any ducks!". Mine will eat ANYTHING!!! (and if they can't eat it, they trample it

And Kramer is cute BTW

I had my ducks for a year before I got my chickens. With 10 ducks, my garden was intact my grass was beautiful and then I got my chickens. I no longer have a garden just a nice place for having a dust bath. My front yard area is becoming complete dirt! I guess my muscovies are just well behaved.

They must be. My ducks ate every bit of sedum in the backyard, a large thick stand of bishop's weed, some other ground cover I had, two whole tomatoe plants, all the the duckweed in the pond, and they tried to eat my squash plants. In their defense, they did also eat the dandelions and the plantains.
