Still gathering info, not eggs

Hi from Texas! Gathering info on coop designs, best chickens for laying, feeders that avoid mice in the coop, good feed, and I had no idea people gave treats to chickens! One person said they froze canned corn in a jello mold with water to keep chickens cool....starting to sound like my next full time job! Y'all have a great day!
