well hubby has been working hard, built the shed from scratch and is still working on it, need some more ventilation and pretty trim around the windows. the electric door leads out into a field so they have lots of space.
 
Is that a temporary roost for when they're small, or the permanent one? Roosts should be higher than nest boxes or they'll want to sleep on the nest boxes instead. You have good space in there to add higher roosts, with all the wall studs.

Might want to add slanted cover on nests,
follow the angle cut on side of nest all the way up to coop wall.

hi not sure what you mean. this is hopefully permanent nest box, but they all sleep on the floor, they won't sleep in the boxes, do you know why, i have 6 girls and one cockerel.

yes i did mention that to hubby, so far they won't use the boxes to sleep in,they all sleep on the floor, do you know why.
 
ok this is my girls, one very old girl 5 year warren in retirement, 2 new warrens, 2 silver wyandotte and 2 lavender araucana one being a cockerel, they are all 16 weeks old and all laying.
