If an animal were stealing the eggs you'd hear the flock freaking out about it, since you're home most of the time.
Or they'd be hiding or acting funny, at least for a while. Any animal stealing eggs would probably also be looking to steal
a bird now and then too, so you'd know. Possible exception is a skunk might take the eggs, and might not bother the flock, and they might not
be bothered by the skunk enough to alarm on it, but like has been pointed out earlier, you would most likely find a broken shell
here and there. Perhaps not tho, the flock could be eating any leftover shell bits.....but it would have to be a skunk family I think because I
don't think one skunk could eat all those eggs...
